We are committed to providing premium-quality apparel and an exceptional shopping experience. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

By placing an order with HUMRAAZ WEAR, you agree to the policy stated below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 24 hours from the date of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The product remains unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, packaging, invoices, and accessories are included.

  • The item shows no signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, washing, alterations, or damage caused by the customer.

HUMRAAZ WEAR reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Sale or clearance products.

  • Promotional or discounted items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.

3. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Your request should include:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the shipping package (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

Failure to report the issue within the required timeframe may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • Wrong size shipped by HUMRAAZ WEAR.

  • Manufacturing defect.

  • Damaged item received.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

5. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

  • Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery fees, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable, except where the error was caused by HUMRAAZ WEAR.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved because of:

  • Incorrect item sent

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Damaged product

HUMRAAZ WEAR will bear the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as HUMRAAZ WEAR is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

8. Inspection & Quality Assurance

Every returned item undergoes a quality inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.

If the returned product does not satisfy our return requirements, HUMRAAZ WEAR reserves the right to decline the return and send the product back to the customer.

9. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business from fraudulent claims, HUMRAAZ WEAR reserves the right to:

  • Request additional evidence before approving a claim.

  • Decline returns that appear abusive or fraudulent.

  • Limit or refuse future orders where misuse of the return policy is identified.
