Refund policy

At HUMRAAZWEAR, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns:
Items can be returned within  2 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items, customized products, and worn or damaged items are not eligible for return.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchange:
Exchanges are allowed only in case of defective or incorrect items delivered.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
